150g Tegal Frozen Chicken Strips

15 g Tasty Lite Cheese

1 Rebel Bakehouse Low-Carb Everything Wrap

1 handful Baby Spinach
-
2 tbsp Culleyβs Chipotle Seasoning (or any seasoning blend)

Optional: water to help coat the chicken evenly

Prephouse Sprayer (10 sprays)

πͺ Instructions
1. Cook the chicken
Spray the pan lightly with olive oil (8 sprays), add the chicken and seasoning. Add a splash of water to help the flavour coat evenly. Heat until warmed through and slightly browned.
2. Build the quesadilla
Remove chicken from the pan. Place the wrap flat, then layer:

cheese
-
baby spinach
Fold the wrap in half.
3. Toast
Toast in a sandwich press or pan spray each side of the wrap with oil - cook one side until golden, then flip and repeat.
